So all the damage I get from my coffee I can heal it with this tea:) coffee in the morning, tea in the evening! I just tried the tea recently, a friend of mine at work gave me a couple of bags of the tea and it is delicious- I did add some really raw honey.
That's what I generally do too, coffee in the AM tea in the PM.
Coffee is good for you without all the extra calories. Try drinking it black and your body will feel so good.

Thank you for this video. I have recently began drinking this tea and love it. I did see a video saying that pouring it over ice the body would not digest it ? What are your thoughts on pouring it over ice after steeping? although I see an illustration of it being poured over ice on your video. I love the way you presented these amazing benefits to us. Once the nutrients are extracted from the plant, they are in the water. Cold water can metabolize slightly differently than warm water, but that doesn't mean you aren't getting the benefits.

These days it is a lot more accessible. You may still have to go to a specialty store, but I think you can find it in some larger supermarkets.

I live in Thailand and this tea is served everywhere, but served with a lime wedge as lemons are not common here.

You can just steep the flowers, that is the main part that is going to taste good.
Is it safe for pregnant women?
It is one of those fringe ones that doesn't have much research on it. You can have a litttle. But it is best to err on the side of caution as we don't know exactly how it effects pregnant women.
