How to Make Hibiscus Mint Tea 🌺
Hibiscus tea is a refreshing, vibrant drink with a beautiful ruby-red color and a tangy flavor that's both tart and sweet. Not only does it taste amazing, but it also offers numerous health benefits. Try making the basic recipe, and don’t forget to whip up a batch of Hibiscus Iced Tea with Mint to keep cool!

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (foodtolive.com/shop/organic-hibiscus-whole-petals)
• 1 tbsp dried mint leaves (foodtolive.com/shop/organic-peppermint-leaves, foodtolive.com/shop/organic-spearmint-leaves)
• 4 cups boiling water
• 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice, optional
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and dried mint leaves to a teapot.
2. Pour boiling water over the leaves.
3. Cover and let it steep for about 10-15 min, depending on how strong you want the flavor.
4. Strain the tea into a pitcher and sweeten if desired.
5. Enjoy hot or cold. For refreshening cold drink, serve over ice cubes, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

    RECIPE 👇 ICED CHAI TEA LATTE 🧡 Ingredients: • 1 chai tea bag • ½ cup hot water (about 150F) • 2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) • ½ tsp chai spice mix • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) • ice cubes for serving • whipped cream or coconut cream for serving (optional) Instructions: 1. Add the tea bag and hot water to a small bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for five minutes. Then, remove the tea bag and transfer the tea mixture to the fridge to chill for five minutes. 2. Add the remaining ingredients (except ice) into a high-speed blender and blend together until smooth and well combined, about 2 minutes. (You could also add all the ingredients to a jar with a lid and shake them together until well combined.) 3. Fill a serving glass with ice and pour over the chai tea concentrate. 4. Slice the banana into 1cm slices. 2. Arrange the slices on a baking tray and flatten each with the bottom of a glass. 3. Spread a bit of peanut butter on each slice. 4. Sprinkle with chia/hemp/sesame seeds, puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, or topping of your choice! 5. Freeze for 1 hour. Let thaw for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!
