I think it depends on the user. With blue shanks you have to think a little more before attacking. With green shanks you can attack the opponent without thinking too much, you just have to watch out for characters who can remove the haki state.

As a Zoro main both are easy. But if the enemy is an Arabic Player (laggy opponent) who is using blue shanks that’s a little harder to face for me. But if they both have good connection then Fr Shanks shits on Blue Shanks.
