As a medium main, ive been farming clips of me landing on top of ppl thru the floor, or dropping ppl down when they think theyre save, its amazing
Easily the most fun ability in the entire game. I couldn't have asked for a better replacement for Recon.
@@SanguineNightsTV Recon felt super unfun to use and play against, with demat i feel like the smartest mfer to exist, and (i run zip and pad) it allows me to escape situations i should die in, its just amazing, it does need a tad bit of a nerf but ima abuse it till then

Defib is really good, if used correctly. I would always recommend it, if you're playing the usual ranged support role that medium is meta for.
A good rule of thumb, especially in a more competitive environment like ranked, is that it should almost always be used because of the power of being able to res a teammate. Being able to bring a teammate, even at half hp, during a fight is incredibly valuable.
To answer whether you should go without it or not, all you have to do is ask yourself is "Is my gadget that replaced defib going to be getting really good value to justify not running defib?" If you're not getting crazy utility and consistent value out of the slot you would normally keep defib in, with another gadget, it's best to keep defib.

Either a crosshair from another source or migraines from the in game one. In game crosshair is W I L D.
