This could mean that they've been through several situations in which Joker takes revenge on anyone who hurts his family murdering them or making them go through a hellish torture to give those people a lesson to not mess with the Joker's family

I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand; if characters don't change and develop the story gets very boring. On the other hand I'm not sure I like the direction they went with Harley being part of the Bat-family, it seems like they have her playing second fiddle and the only person Harley should be playing second fiddle to is Ivy. I am starting to wonder if season 2 should have been the end of the series, with Harley and Ivy driving off into the sunset together.

I don't think it is that bad besides he never said he would change the Joker we been seeing is still him he just took a political route in taking over Gotham which led to him making the place better. I think this was a reminder to us that he hasn't completely changed he just toned it down for Bethany and her children that he practically sees as his own.

Maybe I'm looking too deep into it but the Robinson Park could be name after Jerry Robinson, one of the artists credited as the creators of the Joker. Seems fitting he goes back to crime in this place.
No offence, but the groundskeeper kind of hand it coming. I mean, this incarnation of the Joker is fairly lenient, both as a politician and a supervillain - anything goes in his Gotham, provided you don't unnecessarily bore him or do something truly heinous, like evade your taxes. The groundskeeper is knowledgeable about the subject, he kind of knows what is needed, and it would have been a lot more efficient if he just took initiative with regards to the grass cutting, rather than bringing it up the chain.
Honestly, I feel like any powerful politician (at least in that world) would do that. But hopefully Joker doesn’t go completely back into his old habits.

Alan Tudyk is really doing an amazing job as Joker.
He has such a talent voice especially since Wreck-It Ralph when he was the voice of Turbo Tastic/ King Candy.
He’s also the voice of earth spark Optimus prime
