    Jamaicans are Ghanaian mixed with other Africans so it's no accident that we have the same vibes. Check your history.

      its true Jamaicans are Ghanaians from the Ashanti tribe.. those were the 1st people to enter Jamaica the ashantu people.. then the Igbo tribe of Nigeria. but theres no way in hell a Ghanaian born and raised in Ghana should speak patios unless your trying to impersonate.. so stop it. if anything they should sound more like us tgen we sounding like them cus they came directly from our land and form their own culture and language which derived from us which is why you will hear some of our Ghanaian native language come out of their mouths.... but like i said it dont seem genuine if a Ghanaian is speaking patios. even some Jamaicans are getting mad and braggin that we are trying to be them. which is clearly a fact. i know some Ghanaians personally that try to speak patios and i just look at them like they are stupid and wonna bees.. isc im Ghanaian and technically Jamaicans are Ghanaian as well by roots but im calling these Ghanaians out stop speaking patios as if you grew up in Jamaica.. theres even a Ghanaian wrestler from ghana posing himself to be a Jamaican and wearing the Jamaican flag and speaking with a fake Jamaican accent.. like what tge fuck is that about you are making our people look like wonna bees.. stick to your west African pidgin language. you can still make dance hall music using pidgin..

    Yo I don't think you guys get the message and the Point of what Luciano was talking about... If you did understand the language you would get what he's talking about when you see Luciano again you should have a talk with him and see what he was talking about then he can explain it to you...He wasn't being disrespectful to you guys he's just saying that most of the DJ in Africa Is bigger than some Jamaican artist that is number one in Jamaica

      what did he mean by only God knows what stonebwoy sings about?
      it's just natural for a west africans to love the Jamaican vibe and culture since they were taken out of the mother land. Luciano sings about repatriation is a must and have a problem with africans being inspired by jamaican culture.

    • @oxydra1916
      @oxydra1916 Před 7 lety +1

      he doesnt have a problem with african getting inspired by jamaican music however the point he made was the negative vibes of the socalled jamaican dancehall music is having a bad influence on african music , ,,peace

      I listened to the interview my brother and disrespected the said African artist name he mentioned. He specifically mentioned their names. I have great respect for him as an elderly person. But this time around I must say he goofed and it will not be out of place if he renders an apology.

    Greetings! First of all you took a snippet from 8 years ago from the OnStage TV interview and twisted it around like Lucian directly say Stonebwoy Patwa is Fake. Luciano never say that! Go check out the 8 year old video. Also at that time Stonbwoy was just starting to rise in the music scene. All I see in some of you shameless CZcams creators is just jealousy, envy, and badmind. You guys carry such negativity in your soul to see a brother coming up in life. African should be encouraging each other and not tearing down one anothers. Why go on your public platform and say Stonebwoy chat Fake Patois? I can chat Patwa and Stone Bwoy Patois is perfectly Ok. First of all understand one thing, Patois is NOT an original Jamaican made dialect. People speak different types of Patois all around the globe. I am half African and half Jamaican and I can tell you that 70% of Patois is derived from English (Few Spanish/Latin) and about 30% of the words in Jamaican Patois originate and came from West African words that had been used in Africa for 100s of years before even Luciano was born. Words like “Deh” , “Unnu” , “Sey” and many other words are of West African origin, especially from Ghana and Nigeria, and used still to this day. Jamaicans did not create a Jamaican language so stop disrespecting an artist who is working hard and struggling to rise and make it in life and you are trying to dampen his image and criticize the way he sings in his songs. You should be the one encouraging Stonebwoy to spread reggae music in Africa. Because of him and Shatta Wale, lots of youths are embracing and are interested in Reggae music, and some will eventually become roots reggae singers and spread Jah word. That's how Jah works. Stonebwoy is doing his thing. Just because you can't speak or chat Patwa ( Patois ) you should not envy him and pour negative vibes on his effort. Let's keep the vibes good and we can see unity and progress in the African Continent. If you start picking a 8 year old clip os what Luciano said and twist it just to make a negative CZcams content about an artist you feel envious or negative about, you attract negative energies back to you and what you do. Stop the negative content creation bredda. That's all I have to say. Memba sey, Jah love reign supreme. One love we say. Bless.

    joeni unless you had the privilege to listen to the whole interview then fine you should even make it available for us. but from what this video shortly played it DOES sound like he is suggesting these African artists are copying them. well for starters should it not be a matter of pride that these African artists have been so influenced by Jamaica/jamaican music so much that they are promoting it and trying to sound like them as a source of inspiration? in the end we are all Africans so what if they trying to sound jamaican? if a day ever comes where Jamaicans start singing afrobeats...we won't go around complaining.
