A salad shouldnt be complicated ...well the dressing....it would be yummy just with a simple olive oil, lemon juice, salt and vinegar dressing.

Honestly the most complicated part of this is chopping the cabbage lol the dressing is the easy part. I mean sure its a lot of ingredients but you literally just throw it all in a blender and blend. The hardest part of this recipe is actually chopping the veggies, not preparing the dressing. I love simple vinegar based dressings but this dressing is 10000x tastier and more complex than just some lemon juice and vinegar.
