    Corolla owners are more likely to be thrifty folks, so I think that this video is probably very valuable to many of us. Thank you very much for the tutorial. The video was very easy to understand. No verbal instructions necessary!

      Why is Toyota Corolla successful?
      They sell for a good reason because of the reputation it has built over the years. In addition to its dependability, Toyota Corolla is known for its affordable price and low service cost.

    I see why people love Toyotas over Volkswagens. This is stupid easy to repair (by that I mean simple to fix), on a Beetle A5 (2012-2019) there’s a lot of panels that first need to come off. Still prefer a Beetle over a Toyota, but it’s great to watch these things! Great video!

    • @YiannisPagonis
      @YiannisPagonis  Před rokem +2

      The quality, reliability, attention to detail, technical innovation and design of Toyota products is by far and away much superior to anything that VW make. Compare the quality design reliability and customer satisfaction between VW and Toyota or Audi and Lexus.

      @@YiannisPagonis Agree to an extent. I'm still to drive a Corolla or a Camry to see if they ride as well as my VW Beetle A5, but there's no arguing their designs in engines and reliability is the best on the market! And now that I see the actual repair of something I imagine they are just as easier to repair. In terms of vehicle design aesthetics, I have to give to the Germans. They make prettier-looking cars. But the Camry has always been one the nicer-looking Toyotas, especially the new one!

      Νομίζω φίλε μου ότι το πρόβλημα βρίσκεται στον μηχανισμό ξεκλειδώματος της πίσω πόρτας του πορτ-μπαγκάζ. Χαλαρές, φθαρμένες ή κατεστραμμένες συνδέσεις σε αυτόν τον μηχανισμό. Η πίσω πόρτα δεν ανοίγει ακόμα και όταν ακούσεις το "κλικ". Αυτό είναι το πρώτο σύμπτωμα βλάβης του μηχανισμού. Και θα μου πεις τώρα ''εγώ τι μπορώ να κάνω;" Λοιπόν αυτό που σου προτείνω είναι το εξής: να αποσυναρμολογήσεις προσεκτικά τον μηχανισμό για να δεις με τα ίδια σου τα μάτια ακριβώς τι συμβαίνει. Επισκεύασε τον (εάν είναι δυνατόν) ή αντικατέστησε τον.

    My Toyota Corolla seems to have the lever inside the car broken but also when I used the remote control in my car key. Would changing the trunk actuator fix it so the key remote for opening the trunk would also be fixed? Or do I need to do something separate.

    • @YiannisPagonis
      @YiannisPagonis  Před rokem +1

      This is very common when the battery in the key fob die. In some cases, the other possibility may be that the contacts inside the buttons on the key fob may be worn out, in which case the battery may not be the problem. When the contacts wear out, they do not transmit the signal properly to the car.

Do I have to get a panelbeater to push the back of the trunk in further so the trunk can realign and latch on properly.?
