I was playing this map as the Russians for one of my first games of squad last week, and we were surrounded by US marines from every direction but one, with me and the other squad being pushed out of the surrounding woods at fishing village and forced to defend an inner circle of buildings under heavy mortar and machine gun fire. Safe to say I love squad despite the PTSD.
I think the coolest part about these eye in the sky videos is that it shows the likely paths that players use. So the next time you play you have a good idea how they're going to come in.

I watched a video awhile back about all the toughest countries to attack, not considering military prowess, just land mass. Canada was right at the top for difficulty to attack, due to size, wilderness, lack of highways, distance between infrastructure, etc. If we spent a couple hundred billion more per year for 10 years, we could harrass the entire world and no one but the US could stop us! muahahaha.

After playing DCS recently and using the tac-view program to have complete playbacks of all my air to air engagements, I really value debriefing tools that let you actually see what the happened, saves you so much time not doing stupid plays slowly learning why this or that play didn't work. While these videos aren't replays of matches ive been in, they are the best way I've seen to actually learn the broad picture of what's happening in a Squad game, so thank you for these.

I love Squad, and i love these EITS videos. Moidawg! The main area where Squad could be better, is less restrictions on faction vs faction. For instance, why can't Canadians fight Americans, or Aussies fight Brits? Why does it always have to be middle easterners vs westerners or westerners vs Russians. It's kind of a messed up game in that way. It would instantly add a lot of variation and weapon parity which would make the game much more interesting.

At 10:00, I think gas is sold by the litre in Canada, so that's like $5.50 per gallon according to those prices on the sign. Someone correct me if I'm wrong!
Close $1.40/L is about $5.30 per gallon that is also in CAD, so it comes out to around $3.90 USD per gallon if you want a direct comparison. That price and the amount of snow would put the time period for this fight sometime in either late February or March of 2021.

Canadian here but speaking for both countries kind of. The issue is the cost of living in all other aspects, combined with the rising fuel costs. Education here is incredibly expensive. Healthcare in the US is incredibly expensive. The inflation costs drastically outpace the wage increases, and it's virtually impossible to purchase or even rent property for a reasonable price. It's possible to purchase nice property in parts of Europe that would be very desirable to live in, for reasonable prices. Location matters in real estate, of course, but I've seen similar properties go for $300,000 USD in Europe go for several million here, in relatively normal areas. The rent prices follow this pattern as well.
This is a continent where a huge percentage of people are now living with their parents not because they want to or because of culture, but because to do anything else is simply unattainable for a large portion of young adults.
I understand this is not a problem that is isolated to North America, but it's bad here right now.

Dude..those gas prices …are per litre..not gallon in Canada 🇨🇦 roughly times that by 4… approx $5.64/gallon for probably back when they made this…Goosebay was always higher prices than more urban areas..so it would’ve been hovering around $1/litre for 89oc ..the US that would be .50cent per litre.
Right now, we’re paying $1.50 per litre and rising…our greasy Prime Minister, Trudeau or the rest of his crew, who doesn’t have to worry about buy gas, as we taxpayers pay to fill up their tanks..keeps hitting us with more and more Carbon taxes..we will be soon back at $2+ a litre $8.00 gallon for reg and closer to $10 per gallon for those of us who have to use premium.

I have to add a bit of honesty here. For those who play American team act like you have an education and some knowledge of warfare. I grow tired of people that act as they did with the tigr, i don't know how it is possible to do what they did and let something distract them like that but as a military veteran I would had told my guys to take the high ground expecting a counter push let the venom do a fly by and use the cannons to take out the tigr and infantry. pop in a resupply all would had been good. I notice there is a lot of lack of communication lately, a few games been good but nothing as good as it should be.
