This certainly was one of the matches of all time. The vehicle players played in their vehicles and did things. The HAT players certainly were playing HAT.
As someone who mains armour for my squad clan. This video really hurt my brain on a serious scale…
as a tank nerd who knows a lot about armor in game and irl and plays war thunder too, I have lost too much braincells watching this

@@legaroojack1251 try hitting a vehicle when getting suppressed and having so little health that you don’t regenerate stamina. For a new player it’s impossible even for some experienced
@@honoramd6176 tried and done it multiple times. It's literally just shoot when the little cross is over the big boxy vehicle.
These videos do two things for me 1) laugh out loud 2) validate the poor gameplay I was pretty sure was happening, but now have proof that the winning side is usually just less competent than the other

I just started playing the game and I am absolutely baffled why tanks usually run with only 2 in squad.
@TEXOCMOTP In Hell Let Loose they solve this problem by giving all of the tank crew points whenever the tank does anything because it is a team effort.

Really enjoyed this, first vid I've seen on this channel. I've never seen Squad before but it looks really cool, I enjoy watching ARMA vids so this is right up my alley and I love this eye in the sky view as its something I miss in a lot of Arma vids to get the full picture of the overall battle.

To be fair nobody knew how to do anything this game. This one hurt to watch.
Too many servers just cry about armor and remove all layers with any decent amount of it. Thus people can't train in tanks. The guys in this game though looked like their achilles heel was forgetting to turn their monitor on, so they could see enemies, because they can't scan for shit.

I REALLY want to play squad but I'm terribly broke at the moment. I keep waiting for these free weekends...I can't believe I missed it again....its like I don't check for a week and boom, free weekend. I've been waiting for this for months.
Put it on your wishlist and wait for a sale, they usually have a few throughout the year. Can get the game pretty cheap at times.

I've played with Yank groups before, quitting when the guy who invited me left for his IETs. Something that really annoyed me was that they always seemed to play two separate games on the the same ground - the tanks would only engage armour while the infantry were off doing their own thing. Trying to get any kind of mutual support going was doomed to failure.
Problem is you need to neutralize the enemy armor before you can support the infantry. It's always been like that. Even in Project Reality.

The single biggest problem I've encountered playing squad is the uncalculatable mental density that an ever-increasing portion of the player base demonstrates every time I load up the game.
Fucking Squad where everything is a BTR or a Tank. Bulldog=BTR, Humvee = BTR, Tank = BTR but a BTR = Tank
