I almost bought this pistol & would definitely use it as an end table home defense pistol. I may end up buying it soon.
Just picked mine up from my FFL today. It appears to be well built. Trigger is heavy but hoping it will break in after a few range trips. Definitely worth the deal I found on Classic Firearms for $319.99. Definitely looking forward to taking it to the range. Should make for another fun range gun for me.

My EDC is a Kimber R7 Mako. The Ermox is now $319.00 by the way. For me, such a pistol is a range toy. Gotta love cool range toys. I have numerous pistols, and no favorite budget pistol. If I had to pick one, it would be the BB Techs BB6 that was clearance priced for $250 when the international distributor folded but was easily a $750 pistol. Not really a budget pistol, but certainly an astounding bargain.

My carry setup is: for summer - Taurus 850 all steel .38 Special in a Stealth Gear USA Vencore appendix hybrid holster (very comfortable and easy to draw from), for winter - CZ P-10C with Holosun 507C and an OLight PL-2 Mini in a Double Tap Insider appendix kydex holster with a claw (a little bit bulky, but manageable). Theoretically at least, because where I live I'm not allowed to carry. But in any case the setup is there and I think it is a good one.

Daily carry #1 glock 19 Gen 5, with some glock factory mods. #2 Steyr c9-a2. My favorite budget gun is the Ruger security 380. Thanks for the heads up on this new company.

Steyr c9 A2 is a fantastic pistol! People complain about the trigger reset but in a situation your not thinking about that. Only issue I have with the pistol is finding a good holster. Any info on that would be appreciated.
The Ruger security 380 is my next purchase. I know I'll catch some grief from family members with it being a 380, but I'm a sucker for a good Ruger.

Seems marginally more promising than rock island's stk100, but the potential parts compatibility snags, holster selection deprivation, and mag issues make it sound like we're not quite where we need to be on an affordable metal-framed glock. Still, the fact that it runs has me encouraged that we're getting close.
Apparently, I hadn’t considered the P80 holsters might fit this pistol. I’m going to try and find one to try.
Mag issues? G19 mags work with it.

I carry a P365 XL Macro with Icarus polymer grip. My favorite low budget gun that I own is my Arex Delta M. I saw one of these online for $307. For an all steel gun, that's a steal! See what I did there? Great review! Thanks!
I very much like your review on this pistol. I’m wanting to buy it myself after viewing other reviews and comparing to other models. However just because it won’t turn into a Glock soecifically use Glock parts and entirely digest a Glock mag doesn’t necessarily mean it can’t be used for ED or CC. I understand wanting save money by already having additional capatible magazines on top of the two it already has but if you need more than 30 rounds for any situation perhaps you would consider the places you decide to visit. Also since the gun is only $350, buying a couple mags or more would still be cheaper than the Glock or even with like models in the market. Maybe some people like me either doesn’t already own a Glock or wish to so why be discouraged about buying this one if doesn’t meet the Glock expectation that everyone seems to aspire to. There are other models that are also more affordable, of superior accuracy & reliability, and have more features at the same time than Glocks do. I don’t think CZs and Caniks are inferior just because they don’t intermarry with Glocks.

The situation with the screws,
heat the slide around the screws up with a hair dryer or a heat gun before attempting to remove them.
They should come out without stripping out.

Arex Delta is a damn good pistol
I just picked up my Crossfire. They are being sold at Classic Firearms for 299. Triggers are routinely being tested between 6 and 7 lbs. and I am finding that many are adding an aftermarket connector.

Simple belly band and away we go! I’ve carried my p10f, g31 and 5” 1911 this way. And with a 6lbs trigger I wouldn’t worry too much about appendix carry….
Daily carry is a Ruger p95 in that sexy Ruger purple "blueing" finish. I know, it's a tad bit older, but it's a battle tank!

Bout time for a fun “cheapy.” Looks pretty and it’s all metal? Prolly my next grab. Current edc mix is a modded out all metal 365x, cz s2 compact and when I feel flashy, old faithful, the custom cqb .45 commander. Have yet to find anything as crisp, smooth & accurate. The cz is pretty close for a less than half the price 9mm out the box. And surprisingly my 365x probably sees the most daylight. All metal Ported barrel/comped ported slide w a dpm recoil system? I’m faster and flatter with it than my new s2 compact. Although I’m coming up on 4k rounds through it without a single malfunction. So it’s had a good amount of trigger time. It still surprises me 🤷🏻♂️

My carry gun and budget pistol are both the same: The PSA Dagger. Really fits my hand well and the damn thing flat out runs.
Alternates are the CZ P-07 or the G21.

CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical. Yes it's heavy. No, I'm not a big dude. 53 yo, 6' 180lb. Right belt, right holster no problem. No optic cut is becoming a problem (see age)

I carry a gen5 Glock19. If the dagger existed when I got it, I would have bought that instead. I cheaped out and got a TLR1, and wish I'd gotten a smaller light.

As a reviewer, I rarely clean a pistol before shooting. It is visually inspected for safety purposes but outside of that, it runs how it came out of the box.

Question: Is the grip comfortable being slightly shorter than typical full-size pistol?
If you are ok with a Glock 19 size grip then it will fit comfortably too.
Do you have another channel where you do updates? I can’t find some updates for some guns you have reviewed but have not seen any updates when you said you would. Love the reviews though no updates for some that I have had interest in. Thanks.

@@FitnFire hey i'm probably not done trolling, but also posting in earnestness because low shots make my brain itch, focus on getting your support hand farther back toward the backstrap of the gun, and don't wrap your shooting hand so deeply around the front of the frontstrap. this is gonna make it harder for your firing grip to disrupt the orientation of the gun. you're also falling backward in your body when you shoot- if you lean into the gun a little, you'll wind up with a more stable ship and a more accurate cannon.
as it stands, you're holding the gun kind of like you're scared. i'm looking at footage of the thing jumping halfway out of your hand and you're rebuilding your grip almost every shot. you're not amazingly strong, but this is a metal framed glock, so it should be a soft shooter. you don't really have any business reviewing a gun that you don't know how to shoot. if you can work these grip tips, you're going to see your scores start to improve.

@@madeleineollerton5993you’re 100% right on all accounts. Mark needs a lot more training, experience, and time in the gym to build up core and limb strength. And that’s where you come in! Not only is engagement on videos important but you can become a supporter on CZcams as well and contribute directly to the channel to be able to take the classes and gym time to convert Mark into a beast of your likeness. And don’t pussyfoot around with the lower tiers, jump straight into the JDAM tier.

And now, just a few months later, several other companies have released holsters that will fit it. We are very fortunate to have a marketplace that responds so quickly to new products!

Thanks for the review I will not buy it just because of the trigger. I have bad muscle pain in my hands and heavy triggers just are painful to bed because it looks like it could be a nice good if it wasn’t for that.

Yes, there’s a Lotta great triggers out there nowadays the Canix have lightweight Chris figures. Also the CZ Shadow 2 single action only is my very favorite.

The only thing i would add is not to buy something like this as your first or only gun. yes the price point is good, but you don't know anything about the longevity of the pistol or company. you dont want to be down your only firearm. It may be good or it may be bad but if there is nobody to send it to for warranty work then you will be paying a smith and it will cost you more in the end. However the turkish market is like that. these guns come in dirt cheap and then rise and rise as they get popular. The turkish handguns are usually good though.
Good points...hopefully I can get the longevity/reliability question out of the way with my future videos as I move towards 1,000 rounds.
