@@holokyttaja5476 the main benefit is that with a drone you don't have to be there to leave a bomb, hence no security footage or witnesses can see you do it

There aren't laws on who can work on missiles/rockets. I worked at a lockheed Missiles and Fire Control facility building missile assemblies. They take measures so that no one person knows every step of the process.
