    the problem i would say with this N word is that people love to cheese it with the soft A or some random shit hinting to it. like just dont do it n no issue will rise. heck the n-word should not even be said by black people because its literally u solidifying the meaning of the word into ur own race by calling them that. if u were cool with calling each other ''the other word for black slave'' then why u even mad people from other race say it to begin with.

    • @deadfish45films
      @deadfish45films Před 16 dny +7

      There is precedent to using slurs constantly until they lose meaning. I live in Puerto Rico so an example of this would be the word "Cabron" even if this word did not apply as a racial slur, at the time of my grandparents, if you were to call someone a "Cabron" it would be the equivalent of asking for a fight. These days, we say "carbon" in every single sentence, we even say it at the start of our sentences just to announce that we are going to start talking. It got to the point where the original definition is not even commonly known by the people who say it because of how often it is used and how little meaning it carries. The opposite is being had with the n word in the united states, it seems like the equivalent of saying "Voldemort" and now it has been given so much power over people that if a random white person came around and said it, not only will people be mad, people will also be shocked at the fact he had the guts to say it in the first place. By trivializing the use of the n word and ignoring people who say it, even if they are scumbags, it removes it's meaning, and no longer can it be used as a slur, slowly over time people will forget about it's controversy and even stop saying it overall. I find it rather ironic too that there are words in different cultures, such as jewish culture, that cannot be said because it is so holy that saying the word is a sin, its almost like white people are treated as impure, or the word itself caries the title of a god.

But now you can't even quote someone saying a slur even in a court case or news article because apparently that just as bad as using a slur. This unironically protects hateful people by making it hard to discuss what they say, and also lumping in normal people.
