I have not been successfully keeping carpet plants without co2 or had many algae issues at least in my experience. So I will never recommend any carpet plant without co2.
Corals are mostly traded or exported from Australia. And anime is available in India. It is like keeping planted aquarium without plants. If you are interested only in fish you can go for it otherwise you have to rethink
