- I had an unpleasant experience of buying plants from Green water aquascapes website. This is about their plant quality and their worst professionalism. They sent the very old rotten plants which they know very well that those plants may or may not survive. Even after sharing photos and videos they refused to refund for all the rotten items and refunded for only one item. I will never ever recommend their website. Earlier I had faced similar issue with bunnycart. At least they would have refunded for rotten items.
Hey Guys, We need to understand that, when they send plants for review to any influencers, they will send only good quality plants, So anyone promoting them can not take responsibility of what actually we get. So kindly refrain blaming anyone. Instead we can educate people which is good plant which is not. Also we will give some sort of resistance to make sure online websites are sending good quality products. These kind of old plants might look very good but survival rate is very low and some online websites are purposefully sending old products to online orders and blaming hobbyist saying as knowledge issue which is NOT FAIR.

Hi Bro, Could you please upload your experience with glass lily pipes. I purchased metal one. But very bad experience. Poor cleaning performance. So I returned it.
What happened bro? Aren’t you able to clean them? Both metal and glass are same with usage. Glass we should be more careful not to break it.
No bro, I am using Fluval 206 canister. I connected it with metal lily pipe. The out flow was not good as compared with Fluval OEM. I have noticed that the fish waste all on the aquarium floor. Now I replaced it with OEM. It works fine@@VenkyRajaram

I don’t know seriously. So far I have faced similar issues with all the online purchase. If you know someone from Chennai, ask them to buy and send it. If your only choice is online then try with emerald plants, atleaset the price is less even if it is in bad condition

Also Romba money waste aguthu brother. For this purchase only one plant survived, for that I have spent 1400 brother

Normal one is not a problem as they will send it directly from field. Only issue with TC cups as almost all the online website giving preference for this old cup to online orders
I heard GWA is supplying all gud quality plants with enough quantity but this is unexpected, I can feel how it will be after receiving this kinda plants, Many kerala farms are available for aquatic plants bro you can try with them, quality is good and afforadable price too.
Yes brother their quality is also good when it is in new condition but purposefully they are sending old plants to online orders. Same for many online sites as well
They are charging hefty amount for online orders compared to offline store for the same plants. Atleast they can send some good plants. My motive is to make sure that people are getting good quality plants or they should know which is good quality one

Nah!! For promotion they will send good quality products only. So we can not blame people for promoting products, they can not take responsibility for the company’s behaviour. So let’s not discuss about who is promoting it. Let’s discuss about the products . My motive is to make sure they send good quality products by giving such pressure. We have very limited online platform for plants

Yea avanga plants na online la vangunathu Ila but shop la vangiruken. Enaku 70% of the plants survive aidum. But here shop owners said, they were using high amount of fertilizer so it might not Survive some of the tanks nu said. But for me 70% success rate are there bro

Agree. Here the issue is only with TC plants
Melting is common issue due to various factors. Issue is not even with their quality but they are giving old plants to online orders as most of the people are beginners and they do not know which one is new and which one stays there for long time
I bought Ludwigia palustris TC and red root floaters from them last week. TC was average with lot of yellow leaves fortunately plants are growing super fine due to tank condition.
Nice to know that it is growing. Some of the plants survive in established tank. But in new tank or tank with fluctuations will have problems
