It mostly seems to happen on a bank holiday Monday. I used bi-carb leave 10 minutes, then white vinegar. Wait 20 minutes, then very hot water, not boiling.

A tip for normal toilets that you think are blocked is not a plunger, but long rubber gloves. I've found its always at the bend the paper gets stuck. So stick your hand it, touch the stuck paper in the bend and normally frees it.

I just discovered my toilet has been flushing under the floor for Lord knows how long! Downstairs so had no idea until the wall started making cracking sounds! Checked outside drain and nothing going down when flushed. The pipe was completely detached! Hopefully the underfloor will dry out now its warmer weather🤞
