Depends on your height. Measure the distance from your feet to your hips and that's the height to use. The taller you are, the longer it will need to be.

the only problem i see with this training tool is the holes in the walls and ceilings i'm about to make at home.
😅 Just make sure its the proper height and as long as you don't have very low ceilings, you should be fine.
Roughly, how long should the pipe be? 3ft? Does it matter?

It’s a stick.
Actually, its a pipe... but a stick will work. Anything at the proper length, as long as its not flexible.
