Great cards Steve! I cannot choose who gets graded and not graded in your collection but i always love seeing the cards. Really digging how you go through the decades. Feels like i am watching one of my own videos! Lol. The 68 Gibson is for sure one of his best cards. 71 Bench is great. Enjoyed and good luck.
Thank you, Steve, it was fun picking cards from different decades and it did have the feel of one of your videos 🙂 I Agree with you on the Gibson and Bench, I am betting the Gibson gets voted through. Thanks for watching!
Great idea for a video, Steve! Basketball, Dr. Jay Card. Football stack Gail Sayers. 50s baseball stanthe man All-Star. 60s Baseball, Willie Mays, 1962 tops. 70s baseball Nolan Ryan tops. 90s 80s stack Greg Maddux rated rookie. LL card Sandy and Gibson.
Thanks,Jason! I thought it would be fun to see what cards people gravitate towards. Did you have a choice for the last group, my childhood cards? Thanks again for taking the time to watch and vote.
Voice Texting😁🤦🏼♂️, Winfield! I’m just getting around some cards to start building some sets, 74, 75, 76, 77. I just love these sets, the looks, the pics! Good luck on the submission Steve!
Hey Steve! Great idea for a video. Rick Barry 2, Gayle Sayers 2, Ken Boyer 5, Gibson 4, Ryan 4, Henderson 1, Mantle, Powell and Killebrew 1 and Joe Namath 4. Love the idea of showing us what you’re thinking. You made it tough with these groups. I wanted to pick more than one. Haha. I don’t think you can go wrong given how you collect cards that having meaning to you and I think all these do in one way or another. I am looking forward to seeing what you choose.
Terry, really appreciate you taking the time to vote. You are right each of these cards has meaning to me and I can't go wrong. Thought it would be fun to see what cards others gravitate towards, that is one of the things I enjoy about the hobby is seeing what cards are people's favorites and why. It is like the episodes that you and James do where you pick your favorite cards of a player,, it is so cool to listen to what about a specific card touches a collector, it could be the picture or it could be something more personal. I love that part of this hobby! Thanks again for voting, have a great weekend!
@@vintageonvintage817 You're welcome Steve. For me, the 1972 Rick Barry is my choice because it is a great set and I gravitate towards the players from that era. The Dr. J is a close second. I find it hard to look past any Gayle Sayers cards. I love them all. It was tough though because the 72 Namath is in there as well. Though I made up for it later on. Ken Boyer was an easy pick for me. One of my favorite non-HOF players from the era along with Maris, and its his rookie. Gibson - 1968 the year of the pitcher and he was the best that season. Any group with Mickey Mantle is likely getting my vote. The band aid on Joe Namath sums up his toughness and how he took a beating. Good luck.
Wow, Steve! So much pressure on us but I'll give my honest opinion. 2, 5, 5, 5, 5, 1, 1, 4 . I assume these are all getting graded at some point in time? Very interested in the results!
Thanks for the help Sammy! You are correct eventually all of these cards will get to SGC. One of the things I enjoy about the hobby is seeing what cards other collectors like. Thanks for taking the time to vote. Have a great weekend
Thanks John! It has been fun to see the votes come in.Appreciate you voting should have the results out soon
