I know how Spike feels. I was a die hard Suns season ticket holder for almost 25 years. Of course I don't have the notoriety of a "Spike Lee". But when Jerry Colangelo owned the team season ticket holders were invited to focus groups, special behind the scenes events with players and coaches, as well as being recognized in and around the arena. The new owner Robert Sarver came along and things started to change. You were just a notch on the balance sheet. When I didn't renew my tickets because I saw the writing on the wall and the demise of my beloved Suns...I got one call from a junior marketing person asking why. After that I never heard from them again. My name was removed from the list of 20+ year season ticket holders in the arena and that was that. 40 years of supporting a team and they throw it all away. They haven't made the playoffs in 10 years and suck- but I still wish them well and love their new players. In a world of phony actors Spike Lee is the real deal fan and after being beat down by the Knicks bad play forever now the organization does this to him? Shame on the Knicks...
