Thanks Dave 😊 She really enjoyed it. She really wanted to try the lathe first but I’m no expert so didn’t think I could confidently show her what to do safely. Ive heard carbide tools can be good for beginners so I might look into that. She’s actually really craft, just not done woodworking before. I’ll have to show you what she’s made for my classic Mini once she’s finished it...it’s really good. 😊
@@Smugwood yeah carbides are a good starter as they’re less likely to get a catch. You should check the AWGB website for your local turning club mate it would help you out massively 👍🏻
