After pregnancy, I observed my hair fall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a wellness-focused approach.
I took care of my diet, eating vitamin-packed foods, especially those high in Vitamin E and Protein.
I worked out regularly and engaged in yoga for stress control.
I avoided styles that pull on my hair and stopped using heated hair tools to prevent hair stress.
I even started applying LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo combined with a wooden neem comb.
The result was hairfall control and the return of my hair.
