Hair loss in young is mainly due to nutritional deficiency and defective lifestyle. Increase trend of fast food and use of pesticides is responsible for low nutritive value of food. Fear of compititive exams is also one of the contributing factors for hair loss. By improving lifestyle and diet, hair loss can be prevented to great extent.
