      @@gab0773train with more intensity than you thought you could before, the reason you don’t see progress is because you hit a plateau, you’re probably progressing just at a rate that’s so slow that it looks like nothing is happening, I’d wager if the exercise you’re doing isn’t intense enough then at 1500 calories (obv depending on how big of a person you are) just isn’t enough of a deficit right now to show fast results, so either eat less or train harder (pick the latter 1500 is already pretty low for calories)

      As already mentioned, but just want to make it clear.
      These snacks are literally engineered to be as addictive as legally possible, so you eat them quickly and buy more. If you have the willpower to eat small portions, that’s cool, just know that these companies spend millions to figure out how to break that willpower. If they were legally allowed to put heroin in their snacks, they would.

      50 push ups wouldn't help to lose fat that much. İf your main goal is to lose fat you should do low intensity cardio. So doing slow jogs is a much better option and if you have time walking in a speed which you can have a conversation for 1 or 2 hours would be much more helpful. But doing 50 push ups per day is better than nothing.

      100 pushups
      100 abdominals
      100 squats
      1-3 miles run
      Should be your daily “mandatory” routine (even on rest days) + plus your regular routine that is not gonna be a daily one (even if you lazy and don’t wanna work out, at least do the daily routine). good luck 👍🏽

    The problem is that the calories are so easily eaten, yet so hard to burn!
    I just came from a very intense workout and was craving sweet, so I ate a biscuit and I've realised that I've just eaten back all the calories I've worked hard to burn in less than a minute. I was devastated

      Good for you 🎉 keto done the right way is definitely a great option to lose weight. Do remember that glycogen binds water molecules so 2-3 kg might have been water retention. But still a very good start 👍

      (for context men burn more calories than females and taller people burn more calories that short people)

    Just drain the sugar from your diet. Replace juice and soda with water. Learn to cook. Processed food is full of additional things that mess with your motabolism. A good rule is if it needs a food label...DON'T EAT IT!!! Your body and bank ballance will thank you. No hidden sugars so eat all natural food. Bake or stir fry your veg. Eat more fish. Make soup. Cut out bread and pasta. Replace potatoes with sweet potatoes. Prepare in advance so you have food ready when the craving hits. Crudités, salads, soup...and no wheat products...so NO OREOS! When you take the sugar and starches out of your diet the cravings stop because your blood sugar doesn't spike and insulin release is kept to a minimum and that's what creates the hunger. Cut out processed meats and stop frying stuff... bake poach or grill. Eggs are your friend. Make salads with an olive oil, vinegar and herb dressing. Cut out alcohol it is just fermented sugar! Try and eat within a 8 hr window so something like between 10 and 6 giving your pancreas time to rest and your insulin levels an opportunity to rebalance and getting you off the road to diabetes. Yes you can lose weight counting calories but what they don't tell you is that once you lose some weight then you'll stubbornly stay at a weight you aren't happy with. Your body will slow down your motabolism so losing weight becomes harder. You will end up on a yo-yo weight loss cycle with a lower and lower metabolic rate making it harder and harder. Understand how body chemistry works. Look up Robert Lustig then the mistakes we've been making all these years suddenly makes sense. This is from a 54yr old woman who was on the diet treadmill for 40 yrs. Weight loss is now automatic but was never the goal. My blood sugars were too high and this form of eating was a response to that! Losing at least 1kg a week is a side effect of resetting my insulin levels...wish I'd known 30 yrs ago! Lol! And if you don't lose weight sticking to this then you had nothing to lose in the first place! Your whole body will thank you. Better memory, no more joint pain or digestive issues, more energy and I feel 10 yrs younger! Get off the calorie treadmill and use a tape measure once a week instead of a set of scales. Your clothes will tell you that you're shrinking! Counting calories is a fools errand it's about getting them from the RIGHT food and if you do then it is totally imposible to have the same calorie intake you had before but your metabolism will still burn at the same rate because you've switched from getting your energy from the sugars you consume to the ones stored as fat without it thinking it is being starved!     Was at 105-110kg last june now Im at around 80-85kg (may next year) I would like to go down to 78-80 kg and stabilize there but the last 5kg are freaking stubborn. :D
    But I already look pretty good and got a decent muscle definition going so im perfectly fine already kinda. I think Im kinda body recompositioning right now. The scale stays the same for multiple weeks now but my aesthetics progress from all the calisthenics training I do.

    Anybody can keep up that 7700 deficit for 1 week. But if you want to stay lean, you need to lower your calories for the rest of your life. So just make small steps until you are used to eating less so you don’t have to struggle with it.

      @@MaxAldous alright, I fixed my diet, it lacked fiber and I started eating tuna instead of chicken brest. I also started training mma twice a day, i fixed my sleep schedule and started hydrating more. I went from 81.8 to 79.3

      Make sure you workout unless you wanna be a skeleton i was 250 now 200 and regretting fasting like that because i lost too much muscle so now i have to build 10lbs of lean muscle mass just to start losing fat

    On paper this is true, but don’t forget your body adapts to your current weight, overtime things will slow down or even come to a halt, many people will be discouraged when this happens, push through and stay consistent.

      Hmmm yeah it fluctuates a bit too much sometimes especially in the start I started my diet around the start of this month and I have lost like 2 kg..... I feel like I ate much less but the scale doesn't lie lol. Also stay vary of sudden weight gain or loss cuz it can give you a wrong idea and dushearted you my weight went down to 65.80 and then suddenly after two days it was at 66.80 it stayed at this level for a while it now back at 65.65 today

    Yeah, for me on extreme cutting i can achieve max half of this deficit to dont burn muscles.
    1700 calories maintence, i eat 2000 but burn 1100 per day on 25-30k steps and 3 days a week workouts

      @@tamasha..taslivlogs4683 so i put on 3 sweater you need to where something you really sweat in warm hat warm pants and run but not on treadmill in gym you go if thare is small uphill and run but to sweat much as possible dont run fast you need to be able to talk 8_14km is enough
      About eating you eat whan you wake up but whan your finish eating you still need to be little bit hungry dont eat like till your full its better to do running before eating so run and whan your back from running eat
      Than you eat again at 4 pm and work out again
      I am boxer so i was going in boxing gym and i was sweating much as i could but running is good as boxing in gym so run again 8km will be enough after that try not to eat but i couldn't so i was eating 1 apple or banana you dont have to do that every day 3days work out 1 day do nothing but dont eat much and repeat again
      But i dont think thi is good way to lose weight i had competition so i really needed to lose weight and taking this for long time is realy hard you need to have crazy mindset to do it for 1 month or 2 month

    One time i gained 5 kilos of fat in 1 month and when i stared traning i lost it also in one month but it is border line impossible to loss more fat after a specific amount how hard i train and diet

    i bought eliptic bike and i run 1.5 hours everyday and i eat 2000 calories everyday inbetween 13 and 19. i work at office. i lose 1 kg each week

    I feel like going that low in calories is gonna take me back to my ed as much as I am tempted to because I want to get my old body I know it’s unhealthy and tbh not really attainable. I’m doing 1,450 calories which is more recommended for my body weight and it’s just slightly less. I want results but not at the expense of my health and falling back into old habits of not eating for days

    Just increase your steps if u do mire than 20,000 steps u will definitely start losing weight walking its just a miracle u can do in fatloss

      I have stairs in my house that I go up and down all the time throughout the day and night. 12 reasonably sized steps will definitely help if you can handle them.
