She’s got everything I wanted from the old games. Chain lightening is still here, her ice is WAY better this time, and they made her wind like UA1 when you could control it.
NyQuiiL Cold & Flu to bad she doesn’t have the lighting strike I used to always do that and it suck you can’t fly and attack rather then go right down to the ground after

@@johnsantos507 I don't mind storm not having a cape like her Retro(mohawk) variant. But if you're going to give her a cape, make sure that it is iconic and legendary. not this low class, ratchet of a cape in ultimate alliance 3
