Carson's room brought back memories for me. Long ago, as a suddenly single mom, I moved into a two bedroom apartment with my three year old son. I gave him the "Master Bedroom" because the walk in closet seemed like a good place for toys and play. Just as you give him permission to put stickers on his furniture, give yourself permission to let him make a mess in his room. Looks very good for his age. Just keep training him to take pride in a picked up, cleaner room. Well done, Momma!

My son has similar allergy issues, and our pediatrician was quick to tell me that just because something is natural doesn’t mean it’s hypoallergenic. I hope it’s something our babies outgrow!

Former big allergy-girl here ^^ A lot of the allergies toddlers/children have usually "disappear" around puberty... but some might stay, it's more often a few food ones (peanut usually stays) + acarid

Saw the excavator costume and thought about my grandson. He is two and so into trucks and can actually say excavator clearly! It’s so cute. Love all your videos. Have been following since early on. Carson is adorable😊

I stumbled upon MUSTELA brand washes for my 1.5 year old. She has super dry skin, and dry patches and since using the Mustela wash her skin looks so hydrated, I wish I would’ve found it sooner!

Great video! I'm sure you've already thought about it or maybe even tried it out but I wonder if you could maybe put Carson's bed against that back wall? It would open up the room a little and give him a little more room to play. I really love your place but I've heard you say a few times how you feel like it's not a lot of space. Just an idea:)

I believe it’s from target but I need to link it cause people ask all the time when I use it!
I have this one from Amazon. It comes with 2 scrubbers and a brush. You can order more separately. Like someone else mentioned in the comments, just because a product is natural doesn’t mean hypoallergenic or the best one for your body. I know is not the same as diapers, but I have tried switching to “natural” skin care and make up and I’ve had to go back to my old products because all the “natural” ones give my horrible contact dermatitis! It’s different for every person I guess.
Not sure if you’re willing to share your coping techniques, but I’m curious how you are dealing with the separation/divorce. I’m a single mom and sometimes (well, often times) I feel too overwhelmed to get anything done.
We all have those days!! I let myself have them, honestly. I give myself that time and then the next day, I wake up and push forward and keep going!

Can you give me pros/cons about a grill pan? I don't have a grill anymore, but sometimes recipes call for it, and I wonder if a grill pan is the way to go... Sounds like clean-up isn't always the easiest (I have an e-cloth wash-up pad too), but anything else?
I love my grill pan! If I had a grill though, I probably wouldn’t be using it much. But for living in apartment it’s perfect for me! The one I have is from calphalon (might be spelling that wrong) and I love it! But it can be tough to clean for sure
Catherine, I was wondering, do u know what material they used for bathrooms e kitchen counter tops? is it like quartz or something like that? here in brazil we don't see a lot of those and I love lighter countertops.
I honestly don’t know what mine is! It’s nothing super high quality, I love quartz counters!

If you don’t have any friends that could use those diapers and pull-ups, try seeing if you can donate them to a shelter or through your local Children’s Aid/Children’s Services! It would really help them out, especially at this time it would be helpful! 😊

Waking up to a sink full of dirty dishes and a dishwasher to unload is life....it is so totally ok!!!!! Perfection is a myth and a huge source of stress. I’d rather get more sleep than stay up to “shine my sink”. Just sayin 😉
