Good evening! And welcome to a brand new type of video on the channel! The game is simple: test your knowledge of British geography by identifying the city from a 10-second walking clip - I really hope you enjoy it :)
And please do let me know what you think of this kind of video! Is it too short, too long? Too easy, too hard? We'll be having new quiz videos every week just like this in addition to our normal walking tours, so I'd love to hear your feedback!
What a fantastic- and fun- way to reuse footage from your walks!
There were a few in here that I hadn't watched and these little snippets definitely enticed me to go back and watch them (after the quiz was over, of course!).
The difficulty level was about right, the quiz was of a good length, and the only feedback I can think to give is that I wouldn't mind seeing a few of your pub quiz questions thrown in for variety.

Some of the clips are from cities that we haven't yet visited (I've got so many in the locker for the coming months!), but I'm really glad you didn't find it too hard - and I think you're right, pub quiz questions would be a good addition too!

What a great idea! Love it! Got 5 out of 10 right, and the others I had a rough idea but just not the name. Brilliant! Short, sweet, and very enjoyable. Makes me want to re-visit all your videos again. And I can't see a problem with that. Keep 'em coming!

Very well done! That's a solid score, though it certainly seems that that shot of Lincoln can easily be mistaken! Both cities are quite spectacular though as I'm sure you'll know :)

Ha ha 5/10 is very good! There's always a challenge with places you may not have been, but as you mention in your other comment you've certainly got a great knowledge to deduct where the clip is filmed :)

In London i have recognize "The Shard" that was easy , and in Portsmouth the "Spinnaker Tower" and finally the "Royal Crescent"in Bath ! In Portsmouth and Bath i was there in 2013 and i have visit the HMS Victory Ship from Admiral Nelson in the Battle of Trafalgar and in Bath i had seen the Cathedral , The Royal Crescent and the Roman Bath !

Edinburgh, London, Liverpool, Stirling, Bath. Band 5 🤣
Not bad at all! Some tough ones in there but you've certainly got some good knowledge to get a couple of the harder ones, Stirling and Bath in particular :)

I confused Lincoln for York and Stirling for Carlisle.
I got all the others at first glance, having visited them all.
Good fun - thank you! 5 and a half 😳 - half for the Spinnaker tower (but not in Southampton). Lincoln is a city I must visit - the architecture looks very interesting - as is Stirling.
Thought it was going to be easy - familiar images to start with for me - but I was proved wrong!

Lincoln and Stirling are both wonderful cities full of history, and I have a full history walk in Lincoln coming tomorrow evening on the channel, perhaps that will give you an extra taste of what it has to offer!

Got 8 out of 10. Didn't get Portsmouth (with it's new front) and Stirling.
7/10. Annoyingly I got Lincoln wrong ( thought it York)which is only about 30 miles from me and been there more times than I can remember!
Well done! Not a bad tally at all - I mix up Lincoln Cathedral and York Minster all the time I must say, but as I'm sure you know both are wonderful historic cities :)

What I liked best was that you gave us 3 seconds to answer, not a countdown of ten like some other quiz on here. And the length was right too ✔

All nice clean areas of the country without much any diversity, those two things have a connection. Come and have a look aroind Birmingham for instance, its really clean and safe here. 😂

Exactly the same as me. Got all of them straight away but Stirling took a few seconds. Very lucky to have been to most of them, and lived in a few too, so an unfair advantage!

Got one wrong, thought Lincoln was York.
Ireland is not part of Britain. Ireland 🇮🇪 is an Independent Country and member state of the European Union.
