I've seen dogs that are a lot worse than that.
They have a characteristic Old English Sheepdog bark which is a bit raspy and sharp.
You didint train the dogs to not jump since they were puppy’s that’s why you gotta do all the training at the puppy stage. It’s called TRAINING

Put the dogs outside when mum visits. They're way too big to be inside anyway. They're sheepdogs, for Pete's sake!!!

They still need to solve the problem and that won't solve it.
They are NOT meant to be outside all the time, that will make their behaviour worse. They are really velcro dogs and OES are prone to separation anxiety.
