- Aloo or potato paratha a delicious, seasoned potato filled roti. It can be eaten on its own or with mango sour.(chutney)
Potatoes
2 lbs Potatoes
2 medium onions
2 Tbsp Geera (Cumin)
2 wiri wiri pepper
Salt to taste
Dough
3 Cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp margarine
Water.

I like the fact that you give reasons for everything that you are doing, and sometimes Buneye would be asking you why you are doing certain things in a manner.. That's very good because we can understand and learn. You guys simplified the recipe. Beautiful roti, but when I come for my share, I would like mine white ❤❤. We say aloo roti the Indians say aloo paratha..😊😊
