  • Today, we will share a very easy way to memorize and Remember the order and age of Eruption of permanent teeth:
    Mama Is In Pain, Papa Can Make Medicine
    1st Molar - 6 yrs
    1st Incisor - 7 yrs
    2nd Incisor - 8yrs
    1st Premolar - 9yrs
    2nd Premolar - 10yrs
    Canine - 11 yrs
    2nd Molar - 12yrs
    3rd Molar - 18 - 25 yrs

    sorry to tell you, but the video is wrong. The first permanent molar erupt behind, distally to the second temporary molar, and not instead of it as it shown. Consequently, the second permanent premolar, doesn't erupt distally to the first permanent molar, as it is shown, but replace the second temporary molar.

    In present mnemonics, it has known 1st permanent molar is replaced with with second deciduous molar and eruption of second premolar molar is taking place behind the first permanent molar which is wrong. It leads to misinformation so please make the necessary correction.

      He is correct. He said "first molar erupted at 6 years old". He didn't make reference to a tooth being shed in that area. turn up your volume.
