Jacksonville sheriff says operation cut 'the head off' gang

- The sheriff announced the arrest of an alleged gang leader he says "terrorized" the city, as well as 6 alleged members. Police also seized drugs and $80,000 in cash.
We need combined efforts by local and federal authorities to partner together and rid society of these gangs. The gangs are a stain on our neighborhoods and communities.

Plenty of cell phones in the hands of inmates who aren't allowed cell phones.
Plenty of new gang members every year too. Unlike police, gangs aren't short on new recruits.
