I don't understand the school cop's actions. He was in a position to block the shooters Honda Element but instead backed out of the way and let the suspect drive right out of that lot. Maybe the guns were and other paraphernalia was laying right on the seat.
When the shooter was putting on his vest, there was a burgundy colored car sitting behind him in a different parking lot. It seems the people in the burgundy car may have seen something because they move their car around and are in a good position to watch the shooter get ready.

If a Customer with a legally owned Gun (100% Law Abiding) witnessed this Murderer Shoot and hit Victim #1 and then Customer shot the Murderer stopping his rampage… would they face charges? What if the Customer saw the Murderer pointing that gun but had not yet fired, is the Customer legally allowed to shoot him thus preventing that death? My grown Daughter is a professional (Sponsored) competitive shooter and carries, I feel much relief knowing She has that protection. She’s extremely well trained. I have no doubt should God forbid She ever be in a situation where there’s an active shooter, She’d stop them before that 2nd shot. Truth is people with evil intentions are not going to turn in their guns and stop being evil. If Citizens can stop them instead of relying solely on the police it may deter a few. Those stories don’t usually make the news. That Security Guy (I can’t remember if he was a Cop) at the school this shooter first stopped at, he prevented what I think would’ve been a much higher death toll.
So, this is another "hate crime" killing. A very strong hate, obviously. And I believe it is a must that we find and learn the true reasons of the root causes that placed "strong hate" in the heart of this white young man in the first place. A strong hate for black folks. Reportedly this white young man had left his notes at 3 places before he began the killing. I personally have not heard of the full contents in those notes and what it revealed. Did he leave one or more reasons in those notes why he hated black folks so much that he became compelled to kill them? I believe we must get to the bottom of the motive of his hate to understand why he was so outraged and disturbed that he decided to kill. To solve this sort of problem and to prevent similar incidents in the future we must eliminate the root causes that placed "strong hate" for black folks. If we fail to eliminate the real root caused, such as in this case that apparently and greatly disturbed the mind of this young man, we will never prevent a problem like this from happening again. Let's find out exactly what caused great disturbance in the mind of this young man that compelled him to kill. Fair thought?
