Bob Cummings' 80th Birthday Party

80th Surprise birthday party for actor Robert Cummings. Hosted by Jimmy Caesar. Guests include Tony Caruso, Gloria Jean, Don Defore, Jane Withers, Virginia O'Brien, Rose Marie, Vanessa Brown, Art Linkletter, Allan Jones, and many more. 150 in attendance. June, 1990. Cummings died six months later of Parkinsons Disease. This is extended raw footage compiled by Allan Jones, who gave me a VHS copy in 1991.

Is there anyone who didn't "Love Bob"? Cummings was the guy who got me interested in vitamins. Watching his sitcoms was a mainstay of my youth, only later to realize he did such classic roles as in Hitchcock's "Saboteur" and "Dial M for Murder."
