The amount of generocity for someone to call him a chef is absolutely crazy. Infront of the kids, he says some random unnecessary italian words to make them think he's smart. Even though he doesn't even bother to taste the food and throws the plate, can't even eat properly, can't get his manners straight, can't handle raw garlic, doesn't care about fire in the kitchen because Gordon Ramsay can fix it, grabs a spoonful of AIR and still passes out the judgement, calling it "terrible". If not, he never belonged there in the first place. And last thinf, sorry for this unnecessary rant. I just wanted to say how I felt about him. Joe left on his own terms. He had way too many projects going on all at once, not only in the USA but also in Italy. He was in the middle of opening a new restaurant in Milan,Italy. He also had a lot of television projects in Italy as well with KIA Motors of Italy, and he was also getting ready for his annual music festival that he hosts at his winery and restaurant in Friuli, Italy. Joe once had Graham Elliot as Guest Chef on an episode of Masterchef Italia!! It was so cool to see Graham in the Italian Masterchef!! He was well received by the Italian contestants. You can tell Joe and Graham are good friends!! :)
