Andrea is starting to make amazing furniture, you should really getting her some kind of wood burning stamp or sticker to mark her creations. How cool if one day we come across her work on antique roadshows lol.
Hey Andrea. I’m a cabinetmaker in Austin. I think you’re doing a GREAT JOB on your furniture builds! You go girl. Keep up the great work and content y’all.
I think you should start another CZcams channel and call it My Non-Handy Husband, and Andrea can film Dean doing all the things he can't do! LOLOL. Kidding of course. Love you both to pieces!
I don't know if you have every told your story as to how you came to learn woodworking...who taught you etc...but I would love to hear the story. You are amazing!
I’ve had ideas of building things in my house, like a custom record player console, and yes every time I watch Andrea build her own furniture I get inspired!!
I love watching Andrea build, everytime I watch her make something new I feel the wheels turning and I really want to build something myself. You truly inspire me.
You sure pick a winner! You guys are such a great couple. A band is all you need, something to just represent the ever lasting circle of love. Can't wait to see what is in next week's video.
We had just finished paying off our house and were planning some renovations and some travel when my husband had a stroke. He then had swelling of the brain and had to have a piece of his skull removed, all before Covid. Now 3 years later, going on 4 some of those Reno’s can no longer be put off, but we’re on a tight budget so it’s really up to me now to get stuff done. Andrea has given me a lot of confidence that I can do a lot on my own. Since watching your videos I’ve installed baseboards, shelving, and this summer I’m going to do a cabinet build in our living room, change the flooring in our basement and other projects I know now I can do myself. Thanks so much for the inspiration and the clear explanations. 😊❤
I'm inspired. Maybe not quite as large, but that's the perfect cabinet to display my daughter's Barbie collection. She has over fifty dolls in their boxes.
Virginia Opossum. Amazing progress on the new build, no wonder there is pride in that work. It's going to be beautiful - just as I was anticipating. Dean's input is not to be underestimated, he is fun and supportive - they are a great team. Thanks for the vid
Andrea, you are my fave! I appreciate watching your process for so many reasons, including learning what to do and what to avoid. It is inevitable with all projects there will be multiple trips to the store, multiple unanticipated goofs, and tons of lessons learned. One thing is certain, we will surprise ourselves with what we can accomplish with persistence and will. You are such an inspiration.
The bits for making the holes for your rollers are called Forstner bits. You might want to get a set of different sizes. They are super useful! I learned everything I know about woodworking from CZcams videos! You are doing a fantastic job!
Our son recently moved near Austin and each visit I hope to run into you two while out and about…enjoy all the videos, and the extras Dean throws in to make us laugh! Your kids will be lucky to inherit those pieces you’re building…better build than what is out there to buy! 💕👍🇺🇸🙏😊
I love watching your channel! You and your husband remind me so much of me and my husband. Except I’m only handy when I have to be and he’s the woodworker. But watching your channel gives me more insight into how he builds and an appreciation for the work that goes into it. We’re in Texas too and I’m sure not going out in that heat simply to watch and learn! I loved the engagement story. We got married at 19 and we have lots of cringeworthy engagement stories. But 18 years of marriage and the stories just get funnier so maybe buying my own engagement ring and him proposing in the Target parking lot was even better than an instagram perfect engagement story!
Absolutely, i would try and build one of these cabinets heck i want to build kitchen cabinets. Andrea is not afraid to try new things and neither am i. Andrea has been a great inspiration to me both in her illness and in her ability to make beautiful things out of wood. I am not good at drawings but it is great to get the idea into your head and try and make it a reality is something special. Thanks Andrea and Dean you are more handy than you give yourself credit for. I love you guys.
In this video you asked ‘who would make this or be inspired by this’… well, all your videos inspire me! I just don’t have the tools ☹️. Your work is amazing, and the videos are entertaining!
I will never attempt to build such a beautiful cabinet but I love all the tools, I have a lot of them but my builds are limited to smaller cabinets and bookcases!
I personally won’t be building a cabinet but I do get inspired to try other things Andrea has done on your channel. I have built an end table. I just like watching your videos. Your goofy banter back and forth cracks me up. 😂
Finally - shade!!!! I feel the coolness for you already! Now that is together you don't have to keep putting the blue shade cover on each time - just fold up and go!
I will be retiring in three weeks. My wife and I plan to do some woodworking projects this summer. So, we are watching your videos closely for tips and ideas.
It’s getting so close to the pretty stage !!! What a big project indeed. Every time you roll that bench out, it makes me smile. And now with that tent, I won’t worry so much about y’all getting heat stroke out there 😂 The ring story made me laugh right out loud. Honestly, I don’t think I know one couple that doesn’t have some funny story around their rings. Just seems to be one of those things.
Andrea you are amazing to to be self taught and figuring everything out! My dad who can build anything also with wood is always impressed when I show him ur videos. 🙂
It’s beautiful when a couple love each other so much. Communication is so important and sometimes it takes ages to say something. A kindly tongue is a loadstone to the hearts of wo/men
I just want to say that I love your channel. You have a wonderful family and the love you share is inspiring. I just want to let Dean know that Andrea totally inspires people to try to build things and I use many of her ideas. My husband probably wishes I didn’t watch since I am always asking him to build things now since he is the better woodworker, I just get the ideas and help! It is so much more meaningful to build something of quality than just buying a piece of IKEA furniture. My children reap the rewards since they are grown and both have their own homes to fill up.Thanks for all you do.
Yew,I AM inspired to build something. 🙂 I had already planned to build my retirement cottage and was contemplating the fairly uninspiring cabinetry available to me in my price range. So, I'm eagerly taking notes so that I can assemble custom millwork for my new home. It will be a lot prettier than IKEA (my home will be a traditional Colonial Revival Hacienda, and IKEA doesn't really "go"). And, from the look of things, cheaper as well. Thanks, Andrea!
I've already watched this series once through and my husband wants a sliding door gun cabinet, so I knew where to go to figure out how to do the doors, so yes I am inspired to make something similar ;)
Hi Andrea, your videos help me get going on the woodworking projects. I liked looking at the outcome of using a router. I tried using it once but just gave up as I just messed up. Can you make some videos on how you use it, tips, mistakes, or even using it on your next projects will also help? Thanks for the videos 🤟
Your CZcams channel is my favourite to watch. You have inspired me to attempt to make my kitchen cabinets...you don't know if you can do it until you try, right! You two rock ❤❤
So impressed by you Andrea! Watching every episode but for some reason I am focused on the UPC sticker still on the wood. I just want to get in there and peel it off 😂…..Dean, I lost my wedding band in my car and re-enacted myself losing it over and over agin to find out where it could have gone. It took days to figure out where it could have gone. It went under the seat heater in the smallest of openings (yes, my wedding ring is that small!)
If everything is fitting tight, painters tape makes for an excellent clamp. It will not pull wood together that is not fitting well, but if your miters are tight, tape is all you need.
Love your videos. Have found that when clamping miters a strap clamp is a huge game changer. BESSEY VAS-23+2K, 23 ft Variable Angle Strap Clamp with 4 Clips Keep up the good work.
Wondering how you learned your amazing woodworking skills. My father taught me as a teen. I’m in my 70’s now and still have pretty good skills for an old lady 😂
Love you two. Delivering the bed commercial lines with your hoodie covering most of your face was so good. Love that you show the mistakes and challenges encountered during your amazing builds. This cabinet is going to be spectacular. The engagement ring story is precious. ❤
Great job. And so glad you haven’t had to do the Asian squat when you used to work on the ground. Isn’t a bench a game changer. Now for vacuum dust extraction.
I am extremely inspired. I would have never considered building furniture but your channel has main that attainable. Thank you I am enjoying your series of pieces. ❤
Hi yall. I just wanted to let you know you haven inspired me to take on a big project. This is the first time building I've build anything. I build my daughter a loft bed!!! Thank you for inspiring me. I cant wait to do more and learn more from you.
Thanks for sharing your talent and inspiring us! I would definitely love to build this cabinet. It's going to be amazing! I think you should make complete build plans and sell them as a download. 💯❣️
Andrea, you are one talented lady. You have a good eye for design. You should definitely design your own furniture range. Your hubby Dean is always so happy and funny. A lovely family x
I would NOT attempt to do this. But it’s soooo enjoyable watching you do it. Maybe if I was 30 years younger and lived in the country with a larger yard space. Yes! You two are just AMAZING people!
Beautiful as always! Love hearing your stories at the end of the video!! Thank you for another awesome video; I can't wait to see how this cabinet comes together! ❤ From Ohio
I love the story. My daughter (4 years old at the time) took my ring to school and gave it to a kid she liked. That little kid lost it before the end of the day. So now I wear a fake one of the original never again. My husband was so upset, to say the least.
I was thinking of converting a dresser into a kitchen piece and for I had in mind I needed to create doors with glass and I thought you need dowels to secure corners and I’m intrigued by biscuit joining
I might attempt something similar not quite as big .I have all my dad's tools he started taking me to work with him when I was 3 anytime I wasn't in school until my mom walked out when I was 13 she took my 16 year old sister with her that was a long time ago I learned a lot from my dad . Wishing you all the best with the build . PRAYERS and LOVE from OKLAHOMA
Good Morning Andrea. You do inspire me. I am impressed with the things that you build. I really enjoy the interplay between you and your husband in the videos Keep the tips and tricks coming.
Hello again Andrea. Glad to see you're doing well - fit and fantastic. Your DIY skills are absolutely superb. I'm confident that cabinet you're working on is going to turn out great.
Andrea, you ARE inspiring! I love watching you think through these projects, unfortunately I’m still confused as building isn’t my strength but I have done several other types of home DIYs. Keep it up!!!

I’d watch that😂😂😂😂❤

I believe she said she is self taught!
Every time y’all post a video and I hear Deans voice I get into this happy place. I’m not even kidding you!
Someone's crushing.
I’ve had ideas of building things in my house, like a custom record player console, and yes every time I watch Andrea build her own furniture I get inspired!!
I love watching Andrea build, everytime I watch her make something new I feel the wheels turning and I really want to build something myself. You truly inspire me.
You guys have become one of my favorite CZcams Channels to watch!
Thanks Caio, that means a lot!
Easily!
You sure pick a winner! You guys are such a great couple. A band is all you need, something to just represent the ever lasting circle of love. Can't wait to see what is in next week's video.

I love Dean so much. His laugh always makes me smile. ❤ The outtakes about the mattress going up the stairs literally had me lol.
You two are such a lovely couple! Gosh, I wish all marriages are like yours. Looking forward to next week episode! 🎉

With hand issues ,I don't know about build ,but I can help my husband better or talk with him about it better. He is the diy really pro at this stuff.
Absolutely, i would try and build one of these cabinets heck i want to build kitchen cabinets. Andrea is not afraid to try new things and neither am i. You guys are really fun (in a positive way) to watch. She is a skilled one an him is the entertainer… great duo 😊. Keep up the great channel.
So, you used biscuits and sockets combined with rollers and sockets to build your doors. Should be fabulous once everything is finished. Go You!
You bet I will try! I built a tiny house last summer…I’m 63 yo
Just as I was going to bed at 20:40pm in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 here comes the ping from you tube 🥳🥳🥳🥳 so excited

LOVING the different angles you started recording from!

Usually you get that splintering when you route against the grain.
I absolutely love this show. I can’t wait until Friday to watch. Learn so much
I love the dynamic between you two. The chemistry it's so cute and really inspiring... Also the furniture build omg lol
Hi Andrea, your videos help me get going on the woodworking projects. I liked looking at the outcome of using a router. I tried using it once but just gave up as I just messed up. If everything is fitting tight, painters tape makes for an excellent clamp. It will not pull wood together that is not fitting well, but if your miters are tight, tape is all you need.
You should be super proud of yourself!
When you’re done with that video, put them all the other and one big package please I love your work
Love your videos.
Have found that when clamping miters a strap clamp is a huge game changer.

I'm actually using this as inspiration to make some built in storage and a desk in my dining room!
I would love to build something that beautiful. Definitely inspired😊
Only if we had a garage 🤩 The possibilities! But I am very inspired and excited to see all that you create. You are amazing Andrea, and you too Dean
Nice DIY reality, pro grade video production. Thanks to both of you. -Dino.

100% yes, I'll be building something like this!
Very professional video and Andrea you are so talented!
I am totally going to build a cabinet with sliding doors. Great job!
Love your videos and to see your relationship. God bless you both. ❤️
Y’all! Time to turn that garage into a real workshop! Andrea, you deserve it. Keep up the awesome work.
It is great watching such a wonderful couple.... smart and talented and committed. You both picked well.
Yay a pop up shade!! 🎉
That was the BEST sponsored promo I have ever seen, Andrea.

It's coming out great 👍 👌
I love the out takes and Andreas hysteria 😅😅😅
You guys inspire all the way to Sweden 🤗 great job!
I am inspired! It will be quite a while before my skills are at that level, but it is still cool to watch.
Well done Andrea 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I think u guys follow the rules I do when assembling things…”if at first you don’t succeed, then, read the instructions” 😁😁😁
Someone get this awesome woman some more clamps STAT! is something I say to the TV screen each week…
She has been a huge inspiration to me to start some DIY at home being a first time homeowner these videos are the best.
I noticed that 3rd camera! Great video, as always!
I might attempt something similar not quite as big .I have all my dad's tools he started taking me to work with him when I was 3 anytime I wasn't in school until my mom walked out when I was 13 she took my 16 year old sister with her that was a long time ago I learned a lot from my dad .
