@@NguyenTran-eq2wgI am sure it's mini 4 pro. I own one and it works well in extreme wind conditions. The gimbal is too stable. You have to experience it to understand it's capabilities.

Also I watched the short again and realized they were just shooting it with a camera on the ground. So that explains the stability of the shot.
I think its inconclusive whether this video was shot from another drone or the same drone under mildly better flight condition. The perspective from the video cannot be from a standing camera.

I am very impressed with the DJI mini 4 pro! What an amazing little machine! I am a beginner with drones, has had a few cheap ones before that I either crashed or lost in the woods. So I am definitely not a pro, but this little guy is incredibly easy to start with. You really don't need to do much manual piloting (Although that is where I have the most fun with it) to operate and use any of its features.
Just got my hands on a refurbished Air 3. Its a great product. I was thinking about getting the Mini 4 Pro too so I can choose a less noisy drones for shooting wild life but I think just using the tele camera should be just as good since I can shoot at barely bothering noise levels for those animals from just further away or above, while still being able to legally do A1 stuff, while having many of the Mavic 3 Pro kind of features. DJI really caught me for the cinema gimbal kind of drones, although they didnt catch me for their FPV drones. Dont get me wrong they arent exactly bad, but I just want to go faster and have a more robust device at the same time. Building yourself is currently still the best way to achieve that afaik.
@@ShopFinatic I gave the 1 to my father in law, he's putting a payload dropper on it for deep sea fishing. Well worth the upgrade man, I understand it's quite the investment, but the rc2 controller, not having to plug phone in is so incredible. That plus the 360 obstacle avoidance and transmission range is incredible. Don't let it stop you from creating on the original in the meantime, both very capable flying cameras
I doubt he was camping there for a whole another day to capture that, as long as the drone stays in the air the gimbal will stabilise almost all movement and give you beautiful footage like this

Ya it can hover in string wind but fly 2 miles out and try to come back...these mini drones irritate me. Iva had yhem all and after going to a full size air 2 2s and 3 and mavic i wont go back. Whats the point in these tiny things? They aint even affordable anymore. The mini 2 was the best bang for the buck. 600 bucks u could go 3 miles. Have 4k and not notice u spent it. Now a mini 4 pro is almost as much as a air 3 but compares nothing to it. Fly both back to back in high wind and come tell me ur opinions
Lol dude I bought the mini 4 pro last year and it gets fucked by the strong winds near phillip island australia. I got a mavic 3 and it absolutely shits on the mini in every way except weight
They’re made so people can fly with minimum restrictions, heavier drones have a lot more restrictions in some countries like here in the UK, have to fly it 150m away from people or go get an A2 license to fly within 50m. They are pretty amazing little drones though I have the air 3 as well though which is better than the mini series but due to restrictions I end up having to fly the mini 4
@@Speersy29true it depends a lot on the location. In AU it doesn't matter as long as you're flying it for recreational use so that's why I go for the mavic 3 (you're still required to keep it far away from other people)

It’s a very good ad and sure, the mini 4 pro performs incredibly well in high winds but not perfectly and the gimbal can still glitch with sudden high wind guests, but rarely to the extent that the resulting footage is unusable as it can be cut and edited… so it’s still possible to get several continuous sections of nice smooth footage as captured here, even in high winds, as I’ve done that myself with it
That’s straight cap, you can even see it was filming in horizontal as opposed to vertical although you can crop in after the fact. Still going to buy it anyway.
i remember my mini 1 also can do that i use to fly it on strong winds even the warning signs always says strong wind but still fly at 500ft so that i can just capture the 6 hectares lot my boss wants the trick to it is dont rely on the return home if you fly on that kind of strong wind go manual mode well even in low wind i still go for manual i dont trust the home button on dji
@@theobserver2674 there are so many drones that will fly away in strong wind specially if your drone is a mini my friend his mini before after a month after purchase he flew it on ocean i told him dont rely on the return home he did not listen so hes drone fly away back to china lol
It’s true. I just got mine and despite bunny hopping like mad in the wind it gave me these perfectly smooth gliding moves, which is pretty insane tech when you think about it…. It’s next gen optic stablisation

I fly my mini 3 in heavy winds for commercial roof applications, and that little drone is amazing. I even fly in the light rain without any problems.

Ultimately heavier drones perform better in strong wind but I’m continually impressed with how well my Mini 4 Pro handles the wind.
What wind speed and gusts? High compared to the drone an ability or actual high wind?
