My biggest concern is that very few people are going to be able to AFFORD it. Qatar, UAE, Bahrain...these countries are great to visit and enjoy luxury....if you're INCREDIBLY wealthy. Having it in the winter, players will be at mid-season fitness so should be playin well, they wont be rusty so to speak.. just dunno how domestic leagues & associations are gonna work out the fixture timetable, but im sure they will figure it out! in the summer they have had a few weeks kicked back and no competitive games, they should be match ready at they peak in winter.
