- Hi everyone! Vocal Coach Reacts to Marcelito Pomoy "The Prayer" live on Wish 107.5. This video is a reaction to MARCELITO POMOY performing "THE PRAYER" live on WISH 107.5. IT's always interesting to see how vocal coach reacts to your favorite singers. This is my first reaction to MARCELITO POMOY, and I just gave my honest opinion about his singing. It was my first time watching this video and listening to MARCELITO singing "THE PRAYER", and it literally made me cry... It's an emotional reaction to a very cool video of MARCELITO POMOY performing this amazing song, called THE PRAYER. In this video, I'm breaking down the song, and highlighting some important vocal elements. This video is entertaining and educational at the same time.

He is brilliant in vocal control, a duet alone, can go from highest to lowest in one 1/2 breath its insane. not only that but controlling two different languages, no formal training, taught himself as an orphan from 7yrs old ..Effortless...Heavenly truly..Thanks for reaction, Peace
At the end he has been teased by one of the engineers so he was tossing out his high Counter or Tenor voice. I really enjoyed your critique and how you analyzed his singing and his pronunciation.

Thank you very much for reacting to Marcelito. What’s more amazing with him is that he never had any classical training nor vocal lessons. He came from a very poor background and taught himself how to sing by watching the telly, listening to radio and singing karaoke. Just imagine how he can be greater if he had the training like Dimash.

But what we hear and see is a raw talent, God given voice, and I can also see a lot of work he’s done to figure out his own voice. He’s truly amazing. I’m a big fan now!

Another great review from a great vocal coach.....youre right Ann about his legato that is so smooth flowing with that calm look and fast switching from female to male. @@annsouren maybe great performances, but be aware that AGT and similar shows have shortened performances, heavily edited performances and entire shows (sometimes even copying judges reactions from the finals into the semi finals!) and reordering the sequence of performances (eg the "golden buzzer affair") and partially mistreating artists like Marcelito and Dimash, sometimes also lieing to and/or about them.
