He’s gonna be really really good when he grows up
if there is enough snow in the future!!!!
I’ve done these exact drills with a 3 year old before. One more to add is I like pushing the toddler around a flat area in a figure 8. It’s a little tiring but I can make him get used to the feeling of going from toes to heels and vice versa.
Great tip 🤘
I LOVE how much affection you show your son. Thank you for sharing.
Granddad is the real MVP :)
This was a sick video!! My son is 16 months and I have already taking him once but I love all the tips you added! I Will try some next time!!
Just shared this video with my three years old boy, we will start snowboarding next winter. Thx for this wonderful video!
Gonna share this with my sister. Can’t wait for my nephew to get started. Thanks for the vid.
I love this! I took my little cousin skiing a month ago. He's 6 though. We're from Brooklyn. So seeing snow and mountain was huge for him. It was awesome! His mother told me he hasn't stopped talking about it. Makes me really happy to see there memories building events. This will live with them forever.
I purchased this for my 7 year old son. I think it lives up to everything they promised with the improvements made. For our backyard use, it's perfect!
What an awesome Dad! Hoping to do the same for my 4 year old daughter next season!
Hahaha Brynn looked pretty zoned out at the end 😆 Good job Brynn!
Excellent video! Thank you for sharing this with us!
Thank you this is exactly the video I was looking for! And that dad and son are awesome!
Thanks for the pointers Nev. I’m taking my 4 yo daughter up to Tahoe for the first time this weekend.
great video! Thanks for making it. I am taking my 4 year old tomorrow for the first time and this video was really helping us figure out how to structure the day.
Cuteness overload. Great tips thanks for sharing! ❤️🤘
I'm addicted to your videos. Great job.
Love seeing the little one ride!!!
Great ideas! Thank you so much. Very helpful.
So happy I found this video
Thanks for this man!! Looking forward to taking my boy shredding next season 😊🏂🤙🏻
That's so awesome! My daughter just turned one and can't wait to teach her...
That’s awesome man!! Yea all those techniques u used I did exactly the same with both my kids 🙌🏻👊🏻
Can’t wait till winter already so I can put these tips to work. Great content as always.
Great vid. Hoping to get my 4y/o on a board next season. Parent pro tip: chop grapes lengthwise to avoid choking
Even more pro tip: Teach them to chew so that if they accidentally eat a whole grape they wont die because you didn't prepare em for the real world
My three year old started this year. Thanks for the tips !
My daughter is 4 months old now, I'm putting her on a snowboard as soon as she learns how to walk! This video is as useful as it is adorable, thx guys
Well I'm having the whol gear for next winter ! Son will be 3 then, it will be fun :)
Thank you as usual, excellent videos !
Super cute! I'm planning on taking my daughter snowboarding next year when she'll be 2y9m. This vid is a great intro.
Thank you for making this video!
So cool dude! Thanks for the tips and inspiration!!!!
This toddler looks so cool and chill while learning
we are expecting our first grand daughter and this is exactly how we will teach her snowboarding!!!! Thanks for the video!!

Man, this is an awesome video, I just bought my son a Burton Riglet board. He s turning four next weekend and he ll get it as a present. I ll start him exactly like this 👊🏻thanks man
My son and I are heading strait to Whis! This is an awesome video, thanks for sharing.
Awesome. I'm taking my five year old out as soon as his stuff arrives! I can't wait for his gear to get here. He's been practicing on his skateboard. :D
Great video, very helpful!
MVP, love you can vlog while his just focusing on the phone. Nice tip with the own backpack.
Cool video man ,
you have a great family ,
one day would love to have a kid of my own to do this with .
Absolutely loved this video! "Didn't get the thumb in"...literally every morning this is me 😄 Would love more training videos like this if possible
I should have watched this months ago! Great tips!
Great video, super cool!
very nice and useful video. i will go snowboarding next week with my 2,5 years old twins. I will take it to next level:)
Little dude is so chill! Look at him go 😎
Taught my 3 year old how to board this winter, we have the backpack but he can ride heelside down any Blue without it now. Going to get better at toeside and switching next season.
Great video, i want to become an instructor so this is great footage for me, thanks.
coolest kid ever.
I'm right there. We started last year but still on the magic carpet lift. Planning on doing his first chair lift this weekend.
This little shredder has great body position on the board, well done 👍
What's his board setup? Would love to train my 3yo too after seeing this 💕
Amaziiing man!!! Just wondering if there is anyway to know his position goofy or regular
exactly what I need now
Thank you! I can't wait to get my lil nugget on a board next season!
great video man!
I had to share this to my brother, he has a 2 and a 4 year old and all we talk about is teaching them how to board 👌
Stop talking just do it. (c) Nike
Amazing 💪 go boys
I’d be stoked to see an update! I’ve already taught my oldest to ride and will be starting with my two year old this year. Stoken!
Awesome! We will look into making an update for sure. Keep killing it👊🏻
😂 I just realised Nev did my Casi training in Whistler about 17 years ago 😂 now based in the French Alps with 2 year old son myself.. Will be trying these tips!
Awesome stuff!
So sweet family
Brilliant - vid is exactly what I was looking for. Had our daughter up the hill at the weekend - 2YO. Loved it. That backpack looks V good - can you tell me which one it is please?
Great vid!
my little dude is about to turn two this year and thinking of getting him riding next winter season. I used to be a snowboard instructor for a few season, but still find this really useful. Cheers 👍
That is awesome!!!
my son is almost 4, would love to do this once. But we're not living on a mountain, far from it, actually, so we'll start with my little long board on our streets. Will try some of this tips!
I took my twin boys snowboarding last season they were around 18 months old, one method I used was letting them stand between my legs on my board, I lower my stance so I can hold them tightly around the arms and shoulder, and slowly going down mellow slopes. They seem to like it, but I will def try the backpack next season!
Im a middle aged lady who just started snowboarding & I need all that stuff !
I cant wait to bring my little guy hes two months old and I love the hill
i got a 3.5 yo and i WISH i could do this with him. this was adorable.
So cute!
good nev!
Snowboard double-addiction!
I took my daughter a few times now she's 4. I started teaching her how to skate last time, it's crazy how fast they learn.
Because fear isn't part of the process lol I'm still trying to Ollie 😂
how do you figure out his stance? do you change every once in a while to see what he's more comfortable with? and what do you think of burton's handlebar for toddlers?
btw, i love the video. thx for sharing! makes me more confident to really try it with my 2yo daughter.
That's awesome. Now I need tips on how to talk my sister into letting me take my nieces snowboarding. Lol
That is great video. Thanks for the tips. How is he doing now on the board?
My nephew is 2 as well. He doesn't have any gear yet though. I took him up the magic carpet and he stood in between my bidings while I was strapped in and holding under his arms. Thats also a good technique. I think he could feel the snowboard under his feet while making the turns. He had a blast going fast.
Good tips, I do the same with the gloves and jacket.. We have the backpack as well, I use it for picking up the kid or guiding him with the backpack handles, but found using the leash for us was...meh..I liked him learning his balance with out the input/support from the leash.
Thxs for the video. 👊Just wondering if you have a link on where i can get the harness backpack?
Brynn Danger Lapwood. Snowboard Double Addiction. Haha nice!
Your baby's glasses are so cool. I would love to buy my daughter some. Where can I pick some up?
Young Master
Good!~
I'm so hyyyyyped!
7:04 2 years old already doing 540s
Killing the Dad game! He's going to be a little ripper in no time. I snowboard and im taking my 2 year old this year but i was thinking of starting her on skis before snowboarding but after watching this i might just go straight to the board. Do you think they pick it up pretty quick? For me learning to ski was easier than learning to snowboard.
Omg my heart
Sharing this with my wife so she gets the feels for my boy going with me
That is some top notch parenting.
Potty in the living room. I have a 2yo, too, and know the setup!
Hi, where can I find that bag and the board leash?
Thanks, looks awesome!!
OK I get it , so where can I get my two-years-old boy ?🤣🤣🤣🤣
Why not a girl?
Lol jesus
What size snowboard and what kind boots do you recommend for toddlers? Any specific brand?
"water.... For him...."
So dad's drinking beer? 🍻 😆
What's the advantage of the backpack leash over having a Riglet reel on the rear of the board? Just the spongy section?
I'm taking my 3 year old to Perisher in Aus for a week this year (closest snow is 2.5 hrs from us, so daytrips with the kiddo aren't an option)
My baby girl is just 9 months old but i am already so hyped
lol the ending was adorable, tired as hell, could barely lift his little arm.
Hi!! Wondering what snowboard he has? I want to take my 2yr old with me and not sure what gear I should get. I couldn’t find one on your website. Thanks! :)
Has there been any snowboard addiction videos uploaded on how to teach a 4 year old to carve? Would love some extra help.
Hi, can you please tell me what backpack your wearing to hold his board? Thank you
