There are several differences from various years of "older Volvos" which differs on how the installations would differ. As for the piano, fire the piano player and avoid any and all necessary noise as the commercials provide enough of that already.

I dont know if this works in this version, but recenly i bought on aliexpress carplay for my volvo v60 and climate control works shows on carplay interface!

Looks like a worthwhile upgrade. I think I'd have to pay someone to do it for me though. Im not very technically minded and I'd probably f*ck it up. One question, where did the Audiovolt box go? Does it have a space inside the centre console or is it in the passenger footwell?

Stay away from this, bought the same system and have been installing it for a day. LCD keeps fading into white if the engine isn't running. Making the display rubbish unless engine is running, regardless if in "Volvo mode" or Android Auto/Car Play. It's slow. If it was 100 EUR, perhaps worth it, but paying 300 EUR+ for it is taking the piss really.
Anything from poor integration to an hilariously bad manual for at least the kit I got, doesn't even remotely explain the DIP switches properly, nor the digitizer install - not a biggie, but not even mentioned in the manual included.
Also, this rubbish interface feels insanely shady and possibly even a security issue for having integrated with your car and your phone. I would stay away.

Het zou een aanpassing kunnen zijn in IOS of een bug... Ik zou kijken of je alweer een nieuwe update kunt krijgen voor je iPhone. De module geeft alleen de weergave van de iPhone weer en er wordt dus het ligt dan wel aan de iPhone...
