I did photography 20 years ago and couldn’t make it work as I didn’t know much about business then. I went in to construction, I have my own business and I use most of those pricing techniques, and by far the most valuable is being there friend, as then you have clients for life as they trust you. I’ve starting to get back into photography, now I have more business experience and video like yours with your wealth of experience are helping loads. Thanks

The only thing that I didn't completely agree is the part about "lying". Instead of saying that you grew up in that area and therefore you know the best places to shoot at, you could say something like: I've shot there before and have a nice list with my favourite locations, I'll share it with you so that we can get ready in advance for the shooting.
