    So I am buying my son that is 12 a 15 and 25 lbs kettlebell. He is a baseball player and plays in a high level travel team. He pitches and plays pretty much everywhere. Can you point me to some good exercises for him. I’m totally new to Kettlebells

      That's awesome! Kettlebells are great for improving athletic performance. Get him dialed in with the basics: Kettlebell swings, Get Ups, Deadlifts, Squats, Cleans, and Presses. Bottoms up is great for shoulder stability and grip. Have him check out our CZcams videos to learn technique and if he needs some coaching drop us a message!
