The *research* says that static stretches are better to optimize gaining flexibility starting at holds of *30s* at a time. Obviously don't start by that if you are recovering from an injury, try lower time first ; But if the goal is to gain in flexibility, 30s is better (according to most up to date sport science, to my knowledge)!

I started with one 35ib bell, got stronger and bought a 2nd one. Made good progress with the one arm press and then moved up to a 50lb bell. That was my peak until a broken finger derailed my progress

So I’m gonna subscribe, but I promise it has nothing to do with the yoga pants👀. I have seen 3 of your videos (the other 2 had the dude, so again, the yoga pants are NOT the reason) and I have 1 25 lbs kettlebell that’s looking a little dusty, it needs some use. Matter fact the first video was the “what’s better than 1 kettlebell you ask? 2 kettlebells!” You look a lot more… comfortable? with it than I did the last time I used it for home work outs, maybe I was missing something I can find in your vids.
