I think the avocado one was a lot of fun, but don't think i'll be trying it again anytime soon! Roasting lemons was epic though, it looked like they'd been ruined but the flavour comparison was crazy! I'll definitely do that again! Remember to keep the kitchen hack suggestions coming and if you'd like to watch the other hacks videos to date check out this playlist czcams.com/video/jdKv_PUEL90/video.html

A better hack for parchment in a tin, fold the parchment in half 4 times, put the point in the center of the tin and cut the excess. When you unfold it, the parchment will fit the bottom of the tin, near perfectly.

I bet the lemons would hold onto a lot more juice if they were roasted cut side up! Maybe in a muffin/cupcake tin, to keep them from rolling around? And frying pieces of rice paper the same way makes something like chips/crisps!

I bet you can use the whisk to slice the avocado. I know they have gadgets for that and you can use a knife but that might an interesting way to do something simple.

06:06 Let's get some seasoning on there:
    Mrs B: Sugar, caramel...
    Barry: Salt, pepper, paprika...
As the wise philosopher Paula Abdul once sung with a cartoon cat, opposites attract! 😂

I’m so glad to know that I’m not the only one who blends the whole lemon for lemonade! Everyone always thinks I’m gross and crazy for doing that, but it tastes so much better!

Seriously make homemade cake release, equal amounts of flour, oil and trex...its a life changer....paint it on the tins with pastry brush ( I'm a cake maker and bake 28 cakes at a time so haven't got time to line all my tins xx

I'm not sure the local natural history museum is willing to part with it's T-Rex just so I can get my cake out of the tin easier.

When I made roasted lemonade before, I roasted the lemons in the same pan that I used to make the simple syrup in. That way, none of the juice or oils were lost. Awesome way to make lemonade!
