      Yeah. I think one of the hidden strengths of git is if you aren't normally organized (like me), it guides you down a path of organizing your thoughts and actions.

    devops noob only 15 months exp please explain the difference between a ci/cd server and coupled ci/cd software plaforms like azure devops pipelines and octopus deploy/runbooks or bitbucket jenkins and your gcp ect.

      At a very high level, they are the same thing. The difference is who hosts and maintains the server: you or an external provider like azure, GitHub, etc

      @@DallasFort1857 it will solve some problems and create new ones. If you keep your focus on “what problems can I solve for the business?”, you will not be worried about being replaced. There are always problems to solve 🤣
