I love that a fellow Viet can figure out how to eat crab legs with no waste. I was brought up by my parents on how to break all the joints before trying to crack the legs. I think it would be fun if you taught your daughter how to do it. It will make her the most popular person in a crowd of friends who can't get the most out of the crab. I used to process a whole crab for my son because he was too young to figure it out. So much effort and then he eats it in less than 5 minutes! Our family used to have contests on who could get the most pristine piece in a record amount of time; and that was with dungeness and not snow crab. I think it's a fun way to learn how to get the most out of something so usually expensive (because of the harsh weather fishermen have to go through to get it from sea to table).

Thanks for making this video. It's something good enough to make the place noisier. longer waits and Mizumi's running over budget on steak and oysters a couple of nights. Okay, maybe I had something to do with it but I swear I only had 2 Sapporo beers! Vizcaya is really a fantastic place without kids who get bored of old stuff real quick. Mizumi is pretty far from Vizcaya, quite an adventurous drive.

@DavidSriracha you drove past Ginzu on US-1 approaching Interama Blvd. Ever since Mizumi went into that space, Ginzu was THE a-y-c-e Asian buffet in the area. Ginzu is smaller, same quality of ingredients with a smaller number of choices of course and lower prices. I stopped wondering why it's become easier to park at the older, more intimate, bar-less place
