I used to go there once a month years ago. It's always been good. The price was $ 12-14 per person in the 90s but it's still a very good deal. The food is as good or better than you can get at most Louisiana seafood restaurants since there is a huge volume which means the fried food is freshly fried.. My favorites were oysters on the half shell and fried softshell crab. Going to have to go back and check them out, It's been years.

This is my favorite restaurant. You can smell House of Seafood before you even see it. Because they change up the menu sometimes, I wish you had the opportunity to try the marinated crabs and the escargot (snails) in white sauce.

Add to that a busy work week and last minute packing the night before , and you've got one tired traveler 😅 nonetheless, it's always a pleasure to share these experiences with you 😄
