Hi, Raphael! You are too funny about the entitlement of "Ph.D. Gender Studies" American graduates demanding higher salaries than other low cost labour countries with better productivity like in the Philippines. I am also very seriously considering hiring Philippino virtual assistants to help manage my new start-up for a health & fitness e-commerce store when I set-up my business in Dubai.

They are forced to demand higher salaries, otherwise they are gonna starve to death.
The purchasing power of x amount of dollars is very different from country to country.

Bro is hilarious How he pronounces some spanish names/words like Cordóba as Corrrrrdóba, Andorra as Andorrrrra but then will say Mexico, like some full on gringo instead of how spanish speakers pronounce it. just randomly says some words with a spanish accent and others not 😂

In Mexico I've noticed that the people from the north and particularly Monterrey, cause its the largest northern city, are more ambitious, more direct, and have a better work ethic.
It gets overlooked because its not a great place for expats to live in (horrible weather, expensive, urban planning copied from Houston, far away from the sea, no real historic center, food culture is very americanized, impossible to live in without using a car for everything...), but its by far the best place to do business in Mexico

Top level employment is not "remote" in general, sometimes also for compliance reasons. But if possible, I think that the best place to hire top level employees is Switzerland, Germany, and the US.
