I know Panama very well and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is highly bureaucratic, frustrating, culturally insignificant, and a huge bluff in decay. Its famous banking also saw better days, for it is a place that lives under the shadow of its creator, USA. Today Panamanian banks also close bank accounts under absurd pretexts and, soon after Martinelli, many banks stopped allowing Americans to open bank accounts in order to avoid having to deal with USA's interventionism. Granted, these people use the U.S. dollar... Mexico is far more competent, independent, and culturally rich than Panama.

The Mexican pacific it’s the perfect place to buy land or properties and invest, puerto Vallarta and Rivera Nayarit are the paradise, weather, beach, can speak English 24/7 many Americans and foreigners live happy here, it’s just the perfect place, do your research why people wanna move here, i help people buying land or just properties, if you decide not live here you can rent all year around and make money with it, the best move it’s to move out of the USA, very uncertain times with the us government, get out while you can.

Panama City is a great place. I’m a citizen there. You can stay in Panama visa free for 180days. It’s very diverse full of all different kinds of ethnicities and nationalities and a very safe place. My favorite areas are Casco Viejo and Via Argentina. I’ll be honest with you for most black folks would prefer Panamá over anywhere else in central or south America it’s the closest thing to the Caribbean you’ll get for a Latin American country. My second choice would be Colombia.

Basically anywhere. No need to have a silly referral from a doctor - for anything. Just schedule directly with the specialist you wish to see and if you wanna save some time, bring your images with you for the visit. You can get these done at any diagnostic lab center by googling them.
