This video is about our 2-day weekend visit to Chidambaram of Cuddalore District in Southern India. Known worldwide for its Lord Nataraja temple, this holy town is a must visit place for every devotee of Lord Shiva. Of course, this is also the most revered place by Bharathanatyam dancers as Lord Shiva is worshipped in Chidambaram as Nataraja - the form he took to perform the celestial dance.
In this vlog, I have taken you around the places that we visited in Chidambaram along with stunning visuals of the Nataraja Temple and the footages from the age-old food outlets of Chidambaram.
We also made a visit to Chidambaram's Pitchavaram Mangrove Forests where we undertook a one hour boat ride.
