But as an interviewer follow the template of Rajiv Malhotra and Shekar Gupta - not like Karan Thapar or Barkha Dutt who turn it into a show of showing their brilliance - often putting the guest to an embarrassing jolt and interrupting thrm. Please take these as a friendly feedback
